From his early days promoting clubs at just 16 years old to organizing historic events, Gabriel played a key role in Cormega’s Album Launch Party, which featured special guests such as Prodigy from Mobb Deep, Lake The Kid, Bars and Hooks, and Alchemist, along with media coverage from XXL Magazine and The Source Magazine. These milestones reflect his dedication and ability to make a lasting impact in the music industry.

Iron Tiger brings unmatched experience, passion, and ambition to El Sindicato. With years of dedication to the Latin urban music scene, he has worked extensively with renowned artists such as Deuxer, Acapella, Rik, and Jamby El Favio.
A versatile talent, Iron Tiger is highly skilled in production, mixing, and mastering — ensuring that every track under El Sindicato meets the highest standards of quality. His ability to elevate sound has become a cornerstone of the collective’s identity.
Originally from Colombia, a global hub for Latin urban music, Iron Tiger embodies both the heritage and innovation that drive this movement. We are incredibly proud to have him as our President, leading with vision, creativity, and an unwavering commitment to excellence.
Ovih – Vice president
Ovih, personally selected by our President Iron Tiger, serves as the Vice President of El Sindicato Management & Record Label, LLC. A true multitasker, Ovih ensures that everything runs smoothly — from the promotion and marketing of our releases to advising on the artistic direction of our roster.
Highly respected and well-connected, he has established himself within Medellín’s vibrant music scene, bringing both cultural insight and business acumen to the executive team. Ovih is a true all-rounder, and we are grateful to have him as a key driving force within our leadership.
Christopher “Capone” Lopez
Christopher “Capone” Lopez is not only the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of El Sindicato, but also one of its co-founders. We are extremely fortunate to have someone with his expertise leading the financial side of the company. Known for his precision, Capone carefully analyzes every cent and every move, ensuring that every budget is used to its fullest potential.
Beyond his financial expertise, he holds a deep passion for hip-hop, urban culture, rap, and the Latin urban music scene. His roots and connection to the streets keep him grounded in the very culture that El Sindicato represents — making his role even more impactful.
With his dedication, knowledge, and leadership, Christopher “Capone” Lopez plays a fundamental role in guiding the vision and future of El Sindicato.
DJ Yooter – (A&R)
At El Sindicato Management & Record Label, LLC, we are fortunate to have DJ Yooter as part of our team. Having grown up in the same neighborhood as the founders of El Sindicato, he embodies the spirit and vision of our company from its very roots. A proud member of the world-renowned DJ collective Heavy Hitters, Yooter brings both credibility and unparalleled experience to our executive table.
With a deep love for hip-hop and urban culture, DJ Yooter has made his mark in some of the most legendary clubs — from New York to Miami. He has produced hip-hop and rap records, served as a DJ at New York’s iconic Hot 97 — the birthplace of hip-hop radio — and continues to be a driving force in the global music scene. Now based in Germany, he remains active with the Heavy Hitters while continuing his work as an international DJ and producer.
As our Director of Artist Development, essentially fulfilling the role of A&R, DJ Yooter ensures that our artists receive the guidance, sound, and cultural foundation they need to succeed.

Blessed serves as the Director of Visual Arts and Media at El Sindicato. He is the creative force behind the label’s visual identity, ensuring that every project, campaign, and release not only looks exceptional but also resonates with the culture and message of El Sindicato.
With a deep understanding of urban culture and Latin music, Blessed brings a unique vision to every visual concept — blending artistry with strategy. His work spans from music videos and promotional materials to social media content, crafting a cohesive and dynamic visual presence for the label.

Raphael “T-Hood” Rodriguez serves as the Director of Street Promotion at El Sindicato. He is the driving force ensuring that the streets know the label, its artists, and the impact they bring to the urban music scene.
With a strong presence in the streets and deep roots in urban culture, T-Hood makes sure every artist’s name and project reach the community that truly shapes the culture. His work bridges the music with the environment it comes from, keeping El Sindicato’s presence authentic, respected, and deeply connected to the streets.

With a deep understanding of urban culture and Latin music, EMCEE develops marketing strategies that are authentic, impactful, and aligned with El Sindicato’s vision. Emmanuel “Emma” Galán – Director of Urban Promotions
Emmanuel “Emma” Galán serves as the Director of Urban Promotions at El Sindicato Management & Record Label. Originally from Colombia, Emma brings years of experience and a deep passion for the music industry.
As part of our executive team, he is responsible for building and strengthening relationships with DJs, clubs, and radio stations, ensuring that our artists’ music reaches audiences both locally and globally. Currently focused on Colombia, Emma’s mission is to expand these connections, creating opportunities for our artists to grow and thrive.
Passionate, ambitious, and fully committed to the evolution of urban music, Emma combines his extensive network and industry expertise with an authentic love for the culture — making him a key player in expanding El Sindicato’s influence and shaping the next generation of talent.
